The cool thing about Element Skateboards is that they are concerned about all the trees that get chopped down to sell skateboard decks. I guess this conflict of interest would hit the hippie tree loving skateboard company at some point. I mean, jeez, if you are going to sell more decks to make more money you are going to have to get into deforestation. In their catalog they mention how they plant maple trees somewhere on the Canadian border to replentish the trees they use for boards.
