Since 1997 we have had only two complaints!

One was some guy that bought a jiz model 1 deck for $30 and was expecting a complete skateboard. The second was a parent that was kind of ticked that her son's board snapped after riding it a month, doing stairs and small rails. But in the end the parent said, for the price paid, the board was worth it.
