For
first time buyers this is an important decision.
If you're a shorty, usually from ages 7-12, we recommend a deck of 7.5"
width. If you're a large fool, then go with an 8" width.
For
the technical junkies, go with 7.5" for flip tricks. If your big
into gaps and large ollies, go for the 8". For all around performance,
7.75" widths take care of most tricks. Basically, 8's stay stable
in mid air, where 7.5's can easily rotate out of position. But it is a
lot easier to kickflip a 7.5" than an 8".
